I wanna get up to big and larger sizes up my butt like the ones I see people using XXL but everyone says it jsut takes time but no one ever says what the process actually is or what thr best items to use to increase spreading size so can anyone actually tell me what toys or stuff I need and an actual process of how long I need to do whatever and how often with actual steps please

I wanna learn how to take xl toys or bigger and ppl jsut say to stretch but I wanna know if there's a tool that can do it to me in a day or if im in the shower or something
