My experience with playbox - had my credits and membership taken away from me and a warning to those who are thinking of joining.
First of all I just want to say that after using so many different NSFW AI generators, playbox has been the best one for me. I bought a premium membership on the 15th May 2026. I used my credits for the first month and then I got 3000 credits on 15th June 2026 as it renews every month. I didn't use playbox for a few days after this date as I was travelling.
Then after a few days I went on playbox and it asked me to login. After I logged in via email, I was asked to change my username which is what I did. After changing this I was taken to the main screen and all my credits vanished. I checked the subscription page and it says I'm on the free subscription and not the premium anymore.
My credits and membership were taken away from me and I don't know why. All my collections have gone too. I feel like I've been done over and it's not about the money I paid it's the way everything got taken from me and the playbox support team has been silent ever since. I've contacted then multiple times and even with proof of me buying the membership in May (proof of transaction) but they have still not responded. All my previous generations have disappeared too. If they felt like I did something wrong then they should have let me know but I've just been making generations.
This is just a warning for anyone who is deciding to use playbox. Yes it's a good place for making nsfw generations but they took my membership and credits for no reason and they have not responded to my requests.
