I have a stainless steel Hegar rod. I want to try e-stim, and I’m planning to buy this TENS unit since it comes with 4 electrode pads. Is it possible to do e-stim sounding using only this, or would I need to buy an additional connector?
I want to ask, what is the correct way to stretch? I’ve reached 11 mm with silicone, although it still “pops” and feels a bit painful when inserting it. I’ve reached 10 mm with stainless steel, and my goal is to get up to 11 mm with stainless. Is it better to stretch using a very tight silicone size, or a comfortable stainless size?
Also, regarding duration, should it be worn continuously for 24 hours, or done in sessions?
