Me on a bad body image day. I'm fairly body neutral in general, but as of late I've had to take some time off the gym and that always makes me feel a bit low. So today I decided there's probably no better way to get out of my head than to strip down and confront my own nakedness, if only to remind myself that my feelings don't necessarily reflect reality.
