I’d like to try to start masturbating differently to help with ED, but I am finding it difficult. Using just my hand basically feels like nothing, and it’s hard to use a stroker when my dick doesn’t get hard enough to push into anything. I have the gendercat sleeve which has a bigger opening, but it basically feels like a pump with suction not a stroking feeling. I have been using that like pumping but I can’t use it for too long without it hurting and once again it does not actually help me get off.

Any advice or recommendations?
