I live in London and use the buses and tube often, all I want to know is how do I make myself more appealing to people to group I don't care if it's over or under clothes I just want someone to get up close to me in a hopefully packed area and get felt up

Is there a type of clothes or a look I should go for to make you think yeah that person is asking for it
