Just because they’re disposable doesn’t mean I skimp on training the slaves. It actually gives them better motivation!

Here we have some examples of good training sessions;

  1. Balance

  2. Cardio

  3. Breath control

  4. Pain tolerance

  5. Cardio, but she pissed you off today.

And if they cant keep up, the problem solves itself!
