It's just one of the many smaller streams of this river over the area and it's actually a good effort to create such thing under active water running conditions, creating a nice fresh water pool where water normally is just ankles deep - the dip in it was basically end of my nude day in nature and last out of home day of the vacation almost 2 weeks ago. Now waiting for warm weekend for new adventures...

...well, sort of - yeah, it wasn't real, just sort of staged, but still would be a good idea! 😄

3 years ago on my way down from a peak I dared to drop clothes and try out the very refreshing natural shower - my first ever such experience back then. Now it's pretty much business as usual when I revisited it last weekend, except this mountain stream has lost more than half of it's water it had back then - subject to change as there has been a lot of rain in the region in past few days.

On a way down from hike up to one bigger waterfall, found a nice place with several well filled ponds, allthough a bit public as you can see the bridge for hikers set over the stream. Just before recording the video, a group of hikers went over it, but I still dared to stay in water. Interestingly down the stream water was a tick cooler than above this place (in my 2 previous videos), probably due some small sources near the area - it's still an alpine region here.

I actually hiked to one significantly higher and natural waterfall that day, sadly it was way too populated to drop clothes and dip into the pond of it, so on the way back did that in one of the lower ponds - about a kilometer down the stream found this one a bit off public sight.

Walked over 12km that day, found few new places at water and at the end of the day rain came, so everyone went away from the public areas while I went under the bridge for sort of semi-public swim. Rain actually stopped soon but still noone was around.

After a day spent by lake and short hike up the hill, I took the final refreshment in a cold mountain river - during the hot days most water bodies here around are 22+ degrees warm, so it was a bit forgotten how it is in cold water.

...just inside of city borders - plenty of people in the area, barely anyone skinny dipping though...

This weekend has quite changing weather, but I found few good hours of weather to hike to place where usually is someone else. This time was all alone and explored this stream - it's actually an overflow of a bigger river which breached it's coastline. Quite streamy but could get in for a dip, splash water and skip stones.

Last day of my trip to Baltic sea and I used the chance to dip in sea during sunset. Sadly it was partially clouded, so I could not get proper sunset pictures where sun sets directly "in sea". But at least made a nice video for memories from which I even screened few nice pictures for social network profile pictures - hence the posing during video. 😄

Found a nice very empty beach where I spent whole day - a semi public beach barely visible on one side of horizon, a naked couple on other horizon. Sea was calm without any real waves, it wasn't a hot day - around 24 degrees celsius, but water was still warm, even if the beach is on same lattitude as central Canada (this beach is at Baltic Sea).

After a hike in mountains during way down I stopped at this waterfall and could not resist to drop clothes and try to get in. Back then completelly unprepared (no towel, no water shoes, no experience to resist cold water) and quite worried if someone suddenly does not go by and see me. Things are changed - now I would not worry that much and probably could get properly under the water, so I deffinitelly will return to this place later this summer! Huh, and look at me - pale white back then... :D

There is a small river that flows through a small gorge, last week decided to visit it too besides other locations - it was a bit surprising to see so many people all around the small river despite being it quite far away from populated areas. After some hike finally found a remote place away from wider public as everyone else there were wearing swimsuits - not a great place but still enjoyed the short stay.

Same stream as in 2 latest posts, just few meters down the stream is the last waterfall before the stream flows over rocky surface and slowly vanishes in ground - last 50 or so meters of the riverbed are dry now. Maybe next year I could visit this stream during spring snow melting period to see it in full size...

It's actually the same place as in previous post yesterday, just using the biggest pond for some water fun - yes, the child in me is still strong. :P

Last weekend had to go again to my favourite area for some refreshment - no problem with heat here, but water is unusually warm here (18 degrees celsius instead 15-16).

Last video from previous weekend in place where this mountain river is tamed down artificially and where there are no stones but weird slippery hard sand as ground - can go barefooted there unlike in most places. Don't pay attention to the 2 couples in background - they were quite busy with themselves. :D
