What is the best way to clean a torso doll with internal heating?

I recently purchased an Erovenus torso that has the integrated heating system, and I’m a bit paranoid about the maintenance. I know with standard TPE you can just use the shower, but I’m worried that getting water near the connection points or the internal wiring will fry the electronics or cause a short circuit.

Does anyone have a specific routine for cleaning these without submerging them? I’ve heard people mention using medical irrigation bulbs to flush the canals so you can control exactly where the water goes, but I’m curious if that’s enough to keep it hygienic. Also, how are you guys ensuring the internals are 100% dry afterward? I’m considering using a hair dryer on the cool setting or a small fan, because I really want to avoid any mold growth in the heating area.

If you have a specific soap or a drying tool that’s safe for electronic models, please let me know. I’d rather spend more time on the cleaning process than ruin a $500 investment.
