
I thought I bought the wrong bottle lol
So my order from Kures arrived today and I immediately noticed it said 120mg. I was 100% sure I ordered 100mg, so I got pretty annoyed and messaged them asking why they sent the wrong item. Turns out… it was actually my mistake 😅 They sent me the receipt from my order and yep, I really did order the 120mg version. Didn’t even bother checking the receipt before messaging them because I was already in a bad mood earlier.
Kinda embarrassing looking back at it, but props to their customer support for staying calm and professional the whole time while I was convinced they messed up lol.
Anyone else ever confidently blame customer support and then realize you were the problem?
