I have been trying this a few times and likely got over zealous with the size I could handle. On the first attempt I was successful to get it in and out but there was ALOT of blood. Way more than I ever had with a period pre-surgery.

Any AFAB folks ever deal with this?

When should I be concerned enough to go to the Dr. ?
