I spent about $1200 on an Irokebijin doll, but it arrived with holes in the feet from prolonged standing during the customs process. The skeleton pierced through the heels so water will now be able to leak in. I contacted the doll manufacturers and they said I can get a partial reimbursement but that I would need to propose the amount first.
Given I spent $1200, how much should I request for this issue?
