I wonder how that is. Let me hear some stories yall.

So I’m about 6ft 2 inches 215 23 and Im pretty sure I took .1. I was rolling felt good for my first time ever. But felt like it didn’t last as long as I wanted and didn’t have that crash or “ hangover “ that people talk about. Did I not take enough or is it because I’m young?
