Meru 3.0 hair issue...
a week ago i ordered Meru 3.0 and she just came in the mail today! my disappointment came when i took out everything from the box carefully then when i was inspecting the head i noticed that the twin tails seem damaged like struggling to not fall off the thing. does MRLdoll send replacement parts if the product is damaged?
