The reviews I had seen on this sub made me curious about this product, their customer service, and what they mean when they blame a customer’s anatomy. I also saw it had a blow job mode so unfortunately I went for it anyway.

This shit felt like it almost ripped my knob straight off. I felt like I was going to get my first blood blister. I’ve never had a problem with other products, I can use an array of other toys just fine. Someone is going to get hurt using this product. It enters some kind of glitch mode where the pressure will go to its max and keep pulling even if you’re in a low mode, any type of mode, even if you turn it off or cycle it to reset. If it enters that mode too soon in a session it hurts quite a lot

Customer service with them is the same as others have reported, they won’t elaborate and they won’t take anyone seriously or take accountability for their product error. I wouldn’t even resell this in good conscience unless someone used it with an open ended toy as I saw another user do, but the frustrating thing is how the company responds to it. I really don’t recommend this product, tbh I don’t recommend this company at all due to the total apathy towards the safety of our bodies
