Hello. I do coke pretty regularly and I’ve started to notice a little dip on the top of my nose. From what I remember my nose has always been straight. Now I see a tiny little dip, just at the end of the bone, before the tip of my nose. I don’t have any holes in my septum that I’m aware of. Could this dip be from coke use? Or just my nose changing shape/mind playing games on me? If anyone has had anything similar lmk. I would attach pics but I can’t.
