My dick used to be 17-18 but it got smaller the past 3 moths, it used to be fine then suddenly stopped getting hard like even when I try it won't work, after a month it started getting hard but only 15cm I thought it would eventually get better but it's still 15,

Is there any reason like gooning (I goon like once every 3 days using shampoo) or any other reasons
