​My proposal is for this to be implemented as a common, normalized act—both sexual and non-sexual—where men spank all women: wives, mothers, sisters, daughters, and strangers (with 'strangers,' it would function similarly to how citizens in the past could discipline any child, even if they weren't their parent).

​Men, as the leaders of society and order, should be authorized to do this from the very beginning of their youth, even if they are younger than the woman they are spanking.
