2. Maintain the decorum of the community — mandatory rule-following

3. Remove spam, self-promotion, and off-topic posts promptly

4. Handle reports in the mod queue fairly, without bias or favoritism

5. No abuse of mod powers

6. Be active at least post the content same day as posted

7. Give advance notice before stepping down

8. No public arguments with members — escalate calmly or move to modmail

9. Keep mod discussions/decisions confidential

10. Don't present personal opinions as the community's official stance
