Hey! How’re you guys! Hope you’re having great days ahead!

So basically just asking if which is better for building girth gains scienticially speaking, pumping INTERMITTENTLY or STRAIGHT THROUGH per session?

e.g.

Pumping for 10 mins > rest 2 mins > continue for 10 mins, and so on sets

OR

Pumping a set for 25 – 30 mins straight through

So for a preface, I have been doing pumping for a few months now. And I have lurked this sub for quite some time. Obviously, tons and tons of various techniques, methods, opinions, experiences and factors contribute to girth gains from tons of people in this sub. In the end, it depends on what works for each person, practicality and science-wise. As all people are different in so many ways.

But for the general sense of physiological girth gains of the penis through pumping, of course there is an idealistic way of doing this practice. Much like building muscles, everyone is different, but there is an idealistic way of having better gains. And from there I ask, which makes more physiological sense of gaining, intermittent pumping sessions separated by sets? Or simply pushing through?

I am basically doing 25-30 mins of automatic pump every day with -55 kPa (see image). No breaks. No rests. Every single day. And yes, I do use an automatic pump as manual pump is not readily available here in my country. So I do hope for your understanding.

By the way, if anybody can convert this to the more common mmHg value that everyone seems to be using in this sub, that would be AMAZING! AS I have tried googling this for so long, and can’t seem to convert this, to compare to the mean average of everyone’s baseline such as 7 – 15 mmHG pressure, so I don’t know where I currently stand compared to others.

And I basically can take it. No unusual uncomfortability or pain. Of course there is pressure felt. But one that is parallel to the activity. Meaning if you’re asking if I can take it? Yes, no issue. Is it too mild for me not to feel anything? No not at all. So 25-30 mins has no issues for me for up to 30 mins.

But reading through this sub, it seems that I find more and more people as well doing intermittent pumping, such as my previous example. Like pumping every 10 mins and resting 2 mins in between. For 3 or more sets. Is this more effective? Will this entail more gains? Rather than just continuously pumping in tolerable high pressure for a somewhat longer time?

So yeah, I hope professionals on this, and even better, people who have experience on both, can you provide maybe your experience, or opinion on this scientifically speaking? Of why one may be better than the other? Or basically nothing differs at all?

Thank you, and God do bless you guys!
