Our characters are college roommates by default. They weren’t originally friends, YC had a paper up on the campus’ notice board saying he had an extra room for rent, and since it was pretty cheap, MC was the one to reach out. In fact, our characters could be considered opposites.

YC is that lanky, ridiculously tall, socially awkward white borzoi. His height is definitely intimidating, but he doesn’t bite. He’s a gamer, and has terrible back problems from being slouched all day long, either working or playing. He’s also a nerd, he likes science facts, and books. He’s very soft-spoken and gentle in general. He’s very bad at talking to people, except his friends, who are just like him. They bond over playing DnD among other stuff. He’s a virgin who is too scared to initiate anything with a woman, but of course he’d never tell MC that. Since their friendship came from forced proximity, it wasn’t too bad to get acquainted with her, but he still liked to avoid most conversations with her, protecting his own peace.

MC is a small herbivore (possibly a bunny?). She’s not only smart, but really pretty too. She is considered popular, and likes girly things. To do her hair, nails, to go out with her friends, to dress up… Things YC would probably not get. And she isn’t too interested in YC’s hobbies either, but she likes to make small talk with him and tease him occasionally, especially because she can tell he doesn’t really know how to respond to that.

I was thinking they have been living together for a few months already. They’re on good terms, friendly with each other, but don’t really talk outside of the flat, and don’t have deep conversations with each other. This could go multiple ways, but I could see YC asking MC if he could have a DnD night/board game night with his friends in the living room one night, and she agrees. She decides to join in, as everyone brought beer and other beverages, even though she doesn’t really play DnD/board games. Of course, being a smaller build, she gets drunk before anyone else, and YC notices it. At some point, he gently suggests to bring her back to her room, and once they get there, she traps him, starting to tease and flirt with him.
