Recs for mom-son stories with some kind of dating progression
I know there are a ton of posts with mom-son recs, hoping to find something a little more specific. Looking for stories where mom and son go on dates that start out as (plausibly) innocent before progressing into hotter territory as things go on. Ideally they don't hook up on the first date. Original impetus could just be general mom-son bonding, they find an unexpected common interest or they're trying to reconnect after some time apart.
However a hot bonus would be if son is specifically stepping up to take mom out for something dad won't do - read a story years ago (not on Lit) where dad didn't want to take dancing lessons with mom, so son ended up taking mom.
