I’d love to hear what others think would compliment my ears!
I’ve got a somewhat dainty, mixed metals set up right now. I’d love more hoops and chains and dangles. I’m very curious about any less common piercings/ear mods that could work with my anatomy (ex. vertical industrial, coin slot, transverse lobe, etc.).
Left Ear (1st pic) Considerations:
- adding two more conch piercings to make a triple conch
- connect 2nd & 3rd lobes with a hoop to make an orbital
- rook (possibly double rook?)
- inner lobe/ear-pit piercing(s)
- stretch my 1st lobe to small gauge? maybe 6-4 gauge? .. i don’t think i’d want to stretch my right ear 1st lobe tho…
I’m definitely not satisfied with the upper half of my left ear but a little lost with what to do with it.
Right Ear (2nd pic) Considerations
- antitragus, maybe with a hoop once healed
- snug (or maybe a faux snug with a conch and mid-helix)
- contra conch
- forward/vertical helixes
I don’t really like the big square labradorite jewelry in my conch currently :/ I like the sharp geometry and chain detailing of the piece but I don’t think it’s working. I’m not really sure where else I could put it as it’s so big and tends to overpower other areas of my ear. However, now that I’m thinking about it, it could be a great statement tragus.
