in the future the female birth rate has dropped to zero leaving the world populated with only males. Humanity would have gone extinct of it wasn’t discovered that some boys once they come of age can get pregnant if a man cums inside them.

So the world government has issued the boy breeding program where a fertile male top goes to the homes of breeding boys and breeds them daily or they have the option to go to the breeding camps.
