Does the Gisele Pelicot case not sit right with anyone?
Gisele Pelicot was a woman who was allegedly drugged and "raped" by her husband Dominique and dozens of other men while she was unconscious.
Many men went to prison for rape even though Dominique had told them his wife consented.
Dominique went to prison too.
Doesn't this seem unjust? A wife's body belongs to her husband so rape by a husband is impossible. Also he can utililize his wife's body how he pleases so if he tells another man it's ok to fuck her, it's ok.
