Before you tuck theres a membrane inside the tail that has a small hole to inlet air to inflate the tail you need to push your finger into this membrane and stretch it out to the edges that attach the tail then tuck the tail ,then i use a 2ft wooden cut off broom handle with smooth rounded edge shape the tail tuck and away you go
