A couple artists i’ve paid upfront for have no longer been responding for update requests. A couple have already sent sketches before going silent, 1 has been constantly claiming they were working on it before going silent as well. Currently its been 1-3 months for some of them and im trying to figure out how to get refunds before the 6 month deadline.

Issue is that they’re NSFW, meaning paypal will also get me in trouble if they find out. Do i just take the loss for these?
