This is my first packer, a 3 in 1 from Axolom, although I didn't get an insert rod as of yet. It came with a couple of flags and an axolotl keychain which was a small surprise. It's three inches, and it matches my skin tone perfectly. I figured out with some practice how to pee with it. The trick is to squeeze the balls behind your thighs a little bit so it stays sealed to your body. I'm very happy with it.
