Hoping starting t will cause growth for me, but it might have all happened as much as it could for me before I was born because I'm intersex. Either way I am happy with what I have now, too.
Context: I already made posts about my situation. To summarize: I'm intersex w clitoromegaly since birth, this is my pre-hrt dick but I'm now also on testosterone, might have PAIS because hrt has no effect on me, will be getting PAIS testing in a few months.
Question: Somebody recommended I try stretches. Looking at my dick, what kinds of stretches would you recommend? Also, I am hypermobile with hEDS, so if that affects anything (I am unsure if it does) that you are aware of, please let me know.
I have a few other questions related to this too. Sorry the post is long - you don't have to have an answer to every question, any responses are appreciated.
For context, I'm an intersex trans man and was born with clitoromegaly. I've been on 60.75mg of tgel for about 4 months now and it has done nothing except for making my voice androgynous - I might have PAIS, and am awaiting testing. This means I have not gotten any bottom growth from going on testosterone yet. My dick has stayed 5cm since before I started hrt.
I want to try increasing the size of my dick even if taking testosterone might not work out for me. So I want to try pumping and stretching (though I don't understand how either work yet) but I don't know if it's okay for me to start now?
I have seen people say you need to be on it for a certain amount of time before you start - is this because of needing testosterone in your system that your body is responding to for these things to help, or because you need to have a bigger dick than most pre-hrt trans guys do? Because if it's the former, I might never respond to testosterone enough, I don't know yet. If it's the latter, is it already big enough to start these techniques?
Also, how do I know how much to pump or stretch when I do it? I have dulled sensation in my genitals and they sometimes can easily hurt when touched, possibly bc I likely had my genitals operated on when I was an infant. So I worry I could hypothetically end up either hurting if everything is going right, or not feeling a difference / any pain if something goes wrong.
Also, it's possible that, if I had that surgery, they may have removed erectile tissue from me (typically they do) because my dick has never been able to get hard before, despite having very high t lvls prior to hrt as well. Would pumping possibly not work on me if this were to be the case?
I started on testosterone on March 10th of this year, and have not gotten any bottom growth. Prior to starting on testosterone, my dick measured 5cm, and it is still 5cm. It did not enlarge during puberty, it had always been large since birth.
I have not gotten any changes in my transition besides my voice becoming androgynous rather than reading as feminine. My testosterone prior to hrt was also very high for somebody AFAB, so I'm prescribed a higher starting dose of hrt for it to be relative to my natural levels. It is possible I may have MAIS (edit: it actually seems more like I would have PAIS instead), and I am being referred for testing for it.
So my question is... if it turns out that my body can't respond as much as I want to testosterone and my dick won't grow past 5cm from hrt, does anyone know if I may be able to achieve growth in other ways? I am honestly unfamiliar with how this works. Also, please do not ask what my specific intersex condition is, but I can answer questions about hormones and anatomy if needed. Thank you!
