New stainless sound

Anybody try this type of sound? It looked interesting and I want to try it but it's stainless ball bearings strung on a stainless wire. It can be tightened by unscrewing the textured nut.

Stainless sounds with a lower 1/3 curve

Has anyone used these sounds? If so, how do you get that hooked end deep enough without it over-extending the urethra and causing pain/discomfort?
