Looking for New Moderators for Siliguri After Dark – Help Build Our Kink Community!

Hey Peeps,
I’ve been running Siliguri After Dark for a while now, and I’m really proud of how it’s grown into a solid, active space for adults in our community. This is our dedicated after-dark corner where people can openly share their kinks, fantasies, desires, and explore connections based on mutual lust and respect — not romance or vanilla dating.
We want this to become the go-to authentic platform for kinksters in Siliguri (and beyond) to express themselves freely, discuss boundaries, share experiences, and connect with like-minded people for open, lust-driven fun.
To keep the subreddit healthy, welcoming, and well-moderated as we grow, I’m looking to bring on new moderators.

What you’ll be doing:
• Actively moderating comments and posts
• Enforcing rules fairly and consistently
• Helping maintain a positive, judgment-free vibe
• Removing spam/low-effort content
• Supporting members who want to share and connect safely
We’re especially looking for both women and men to join the mod team. A balanced mix helps us keep things unbiased, fair, and representative of our diverse community.
If you’re:
• Active in the subreddit
• Experienced with (or genuinely interested in) kink-friendly spaces
• Level-headed, fair, and good at communicating
• Able to commit some regular time to mod duties
