I don’t think Tree of Might has ever been referenced

I am rewatching and realized there is a weird prime $h0ta moment with Gohan and Chi-Chi where he is in the bath and she reaches down to try get Goku, putting her hands on Gohan by accident. It’s just a weird moment i noticed and didn’t know if it’s ever been a thing Yamamoto has done? Im not asking for it but just curious.
