Okay so I have tripped on many many different substances and I’m wondering about nutmeg yes it’s not ideal high and have read some trip reports about it and nun of them seem great or even good but I have tried worse.

Now the question is how do you do it. Anybody provide an actual answer as I want to know how. Plan on doing it tmr and either I do it the right way or wrong way I’m doing it so I wonder if anybody can provide their experience/tips on how to use it
