Edema - best avoided ? And shorter interval pumping
EDEMA - ive been avoiding it using a silicon sleeve and these lower intervals. Is edema best avoided ?
Ive been getting it a bit more often lately and I think that around 20 - 25 minutes split into 3 - 5min intervals has been working better for me than 8 min session * 3
I can't say for sure because a few factors changed like supplementation and adding a soft ring and sleeve 24/7 to keep from turtling.
100% the biggest win is having a passive ADS (all day stretch). If id done this when I first attempted PE ages ago, id definitely have kept gains and length.
Anyway here to say it works, but you got to find what works for you. Ive started gaining about 0.5" in length while pumped on a good day. Hope to hit 8" in a couple of years. Prefer the low and slow approach.
