Did I nail the trifecta? (cute story, hot 3D art, & actually good sex gameplay)
introducing Glory Hole Barista: a game about a café with a "unique" marketing strategy! And in case you were wondering, no, you won't be preparing much coffee...
over a year ago, I started a journey into solo NSFW game dev. I've been an indie gamedev for many years before that, but my last several projects hit various roadblocks, and I thought finally trying NSFW might be my last chance to keep doing this as my job. It's taken waayy longer than I planned, but this sweet & silly project has wormed its way into my heart, and it's finally time to share it with the world!
Glory Hole Barista is a sex simulation game where you satisfy customers by matching your skills to their desires. Each of your skills targets specific desires that customers have. Match their speed & intensity while managing lube & your combo meter to maximize your partner's pleasure.
Currently, there are 3 romanceable characters, each with an intro and a sex scene. I have a few more scenes planned for each character (with a few friends who are helping me with the writing). I also tried to weave the story scenes together with sex gameplay in a way I haven't seen tried very often. It's still a work in progress but i'm happy with how it's come out!
I'm aiming for a full release this year. There's lots planned, including:
- a big animation improvement pass (i'm actually nervous to share these animations, they are mostly WIP!)
- better fluids VFX
- more story content
