6 weeks PO, advice needed

I had my surgery done 1.5 month ago and I still don't feel as healed as I hoped to be after the procedure.

I had a lot of blood the first 3 days which then dried in thick dark scabs. I had them manually removed after 3 weeks as I felt they were slowing my healing. There was a bit of pus under one of the scabs, and I used antibiotic cream for a few days. After that, I had trouble with swelling, irritation due to clothes rubbing at it, occasional pain, and a plenty of uncomfortable sensations. It went on for weeks and now we are here.

Today my labia is still pretty swollen, thick (some places are softer than others but still), bumpy and very dry. There is a place that is still very painful and I can't even touch it. Touching and separating the labia in general feels painful. There are also some yellow crusts which I figured is dried fibrin. I'm not sure it's normal at that stage. I still feel uncomfortable wearing underwear, walking etc. I can't even imagine doing sports, sex or even sitting straight!

I just feel so depressed. My surgeon has a lot of cases on her page after a month, 3 weeks, 2 weeks, they all look beautiful and nicely healed. And I feel far far behind. I stopped leaving home beside work, hanging out with people and I genuinely feel like going crazy. It just doesn't seem to ever end. Am I being dramatic? I don't know what to do really...
