Torn between 2 Clinics for explant?

Me, 29 / 165cm/ 73kg / 390cc dual plane Implants since 4 years
have been contemplating about getting my implants removed and consulted with 2 Clinics in Europe (Germany), while i live in Switzerland.
So both clinics have been Video Calls which i had to pay too, but the first clinic is gonna refund it.
The first Clinic is 14k which contains the implant removal, and fat grafting. Seems honestly quite expensive. They have seen pictures of my breasts and were realistic about expectations. They said it will feel like a sore and i can then go home immediatly after i wake up. What i do like though is no hidden costs and travelling there is faster. They also answer my questions via email. I could get a slight summer deal and the appointment could work in this month because someone else cancelled.
The second clinic is 7.5k without anesthesia which i have to pay extra and it also contains both implant removal and fat grafting. They didnt see pictures of my boobs, or my body and were also quite realistic about expectations. Here i will stay in a clinic after procedure for 2 Days which i dont know if it is included in the price since they havent given me a detailed cost formula. They dont answer questions via email like the other clinic. Travelling there will cost more. They want me to pay in 4 Days the Advance payment already even though the operation appointment would be in November. Travelling there would be long
Honestly i dont know what to do, which one would you choose if you were in my shoes. I might shop around even more...
