How I generate NSFW AI videos that actually get decent views & upvotes (my full workflow)
I’ve been posting NSFW AI-generated videos for a while and have found a workflow that consistently gets solid views and upvotes (nothing crazy viral every time, but reliable engagement instead of dead posts). Figured I’d share the full process in case it helps others. This is what works for me right now in 2026.
1. Choose your generation method: Local vs Online platforms
This is the biggest decision.
Online platforms
I’ve found online tools pretty convenient for most of my work. Platforms like egirls.ai make it easy to jump in without needing a powerful PC, and the generation process is straightforward when you just want to test ideas or produce clips relatively quickly.
Pros:
- No expensive GPU required
- Fast setup, generate from a browser
- Usually simpler image-to-video workflows that help with character consistency
- Good when you want to iterate without long waits or technical setup
Cons:
- Costs can add up with credits or subscriptions if you generate a lot
- Your prompts and outputs go through their servers (privacy consideration)
- Some tools still have limits on how explicit things can get (haven't experienced this on egirls.ai)
- Less fine-grained control over models and parameters
Local generation (ComfyUI or similar + open video models)
Pros: Fully uncensored, complete control, no recurring fees once you have the hardware, and you can keep everything private.
Cons: Needs a strong GPU, steeper learning curve, and generation times are usually longer.
I mostly stick with online for day-to-day stuff because it’s faster and lower friction, then switch to local only when I need maximum control or something more custom. Both routes work, it just depends on how much time and hardware you want to invest.
2. Pick interesting settings / scenarios
Generic bedroom scenes get buried fast. Environments that feel specific and immersive perform better:
- Shower / steamy bathroom (water, fog, reflections)
- Woods / outdoor nature (dappled light, wind in hair)
- Sauna / hot springs
- Neon-lit hotel rooms or cyberpunk alleys
- Beach at dusk, rainy windows, gym after hours, etc.
The setting should support natural motion (water, steam, fabric, wind) because current video models still struggle with complex physics. Simple, atmospheric locations with one clear light source usually look cleaner than busy indoor rooms.
3. Craft proper prompts (this is where most people lose quality)
Video models forget identity and anatomy fast, so structure matters more than with still images.
A reliable framework many people use:
[Subject anchors – 4–6 clear identifiers], [Initial pose/position], [Motion – type + pace + body parts], [Camera movement], [Scene + lighting], [Quality + anti-jitter tags]
Key tips that improved my results:
- Heavy subject anchoring at the start (hair color/style, skin tone, body type, clothing/state of undress — keep it clearly adult).
- Prefer slow, sensual, controlled motion over fast action. Fast motion often turns into jitter or morphing.
- Explicit camera language helps: slow pan, gentle push-in, orbit, low angle, etc.
- Add anti-jitter / temporal stability tags: “smooth interpolation, stable frame transitions, natural weight, consistent anatomy, no morphing, butter-smooth motion”.
- Keep clips short (3–6 seconds is usually the sweet spot for quality). Longer coherent clips are still hard.
- For image-to-video, focus on describing the motion rather than re-describing the subject (the image already provides that).
Start with image-to-video whenever possible. A strong still gives the model a much better chance of keeping face and body consistent.
Sample prompt:
Cinematic intimate video of Valentina Cruz lying back in a large cedar hot tub filled with steaming water, deep in a misty redwood forest at night. Her legs are raised and spread as a muscular man fucks her in missionary with deep, steady thrusts. She grips the wooden edge, back arched, face showing intense pleasure with open mouth and flushed cheeks. Soft warm lantern light and cool blue moonlight move across her wet skin through the drifting mist. Slow overhead-to-side camera drift. Smooth continuous thrusting motion, realistic water and steam physics, highly detailed expression, photorealistic, consistent anatomy, no morphing.
In egirls.ai, I'd reference the name of the character in the prompt. It makes the video generation consistent based on the character's profile.
4. Stitch the clips together (I use CapCut)
Most generators still output short clips, so editing is essential.
My CapCut workflow:
- Import the best short clips
- Trim the worst frames (start/end often have the most artifacts)
- Use simple crossfades or hard cuts timed to the motion
- Add subtle zoom/pan if needed for energy
- Color match / slight grading so the sequence feels cohesive
- Optional: light sound design (ambient water, soft breathing, rain) — it massively increases watch time
- Export in the right aspect ratio for the platform (usually 9:16 or 1:1 depending on the sub)
CapCut is free, fast, and good enough for this. You don’t need fancy transitions, clean pacing beats flashy effects. Basic cut/trim/split techniques are covered well in general CapCut guides if you’re new to it.
5. Posting strategy
Post in communities that actually want AI-generated NSFW content and allow videos/GIFs. Always read the current rules — they change.
Some places that tend to be receptive (check rules first):
- r/unstable_diffusion
- r/AiPornhubvideo
- Other AI-generated adult content subs (search for current active ones)
Tips that help engagement:
- Strong thumbnail / first frame (clear subject, good lighting)
- Honest titles — don’t overpromise
- Post consistently rather than dumping 10 at once
- Engage a bit in the comments
- Watermark lightly if you’re building a brand, but don’t make it ugly
Final notes
This process has given me more consistent views and upvotes than just throwing random generations up. Happy to answer questions if people want more detail on any part (prompt examples, specific settings, etc.).
