Does anyone knows this manga

I was reading a manga, but unfortunately, I don’t remember the characters’ names. They were both in high school, and the seme was one or two years older than the uke. They were childhood friends, and the uke’s only friend in high school was the seme. I remember it being mentioned that the seme had two different eye colors.
Anyway, the uke started feeling like the seme was being cold toward him, so he thought that the seme had fallen in love with someone else. Later, they cleared up the misunderstanding, and they even became a couple(and had sex). I also remember that the uke initially thought of himself as the cutest person ever, but then I think he overheard the seme talking with his friends and saying otherwise. After that, the uke started feeling like he wasn’t that cute anymore.
The series was still ongoing. In the latest chapter I remember, a younger student who worked at the same place as the seme told the uke that he was ugly and didn’t deserve the seme, or something along those lines. I don’t remember the details exactly, but I think the place where the seme worked was some kind of sweets or ice cream shop, although I’m not completely sure about that.
Please help me find this manga. I’ve been looking for it for a long time.
