Living on a distant archipelago, to the west of the southern continent, the "tech-sorcerors" are said to be remnants of the Ancients who managed to preserve a small degree of their technology.

Though their society is reclusive, their combination of magical abilities, and technological knowledge makes them a force to be reckoned with if they so wish.
