39 [F4R] #HydePark - looking for fun and connection
Trying to throw some water on a very, very long dry spell. I've had some luck and good fun on reddit in various past lives, and somehow, potentially meeting up with strangers here is less terrifying than trudging back to the dating apps. Yikes! I find myself craving touch, cuddling, that little jolt of adrenaline when you get a message from someone intriguing. I'm longing for a good kiss leading to less wholesome things;)
Me: single, short, white, no kids, curvier than I would like to be (and working on it!), glasses sometimes, curly hair, couple two tree tattoos. Hopelessly unambitious yet gainfully employed in the corporate hellscape, musician of sorts. Frequently found reading a book in the corner of a cozy bar or wandering around the city on a bike. Never had a bad time at any live music event, regardless of genre.
You: single, ideally within 5 years of my age either direction, funny, talkative, curious about the world, politically left, kind. I have a nearly fatal weakness for accents different than my basic Midwestern one. Honestly not even entirely sure what my type is these days. Able to host when/if we meet up privately (nothing sketchy on my side, just living situation details I don’t want to share here).
While I'm not actively looking for anything capital-s Serious, I would love to make at least a reliable and mutually beneficial friend. Ideal situation would be a bit of chatting on here to get a feel for each other and then grab a drink to see if there's actually a vibe. And go from there...?
