March 2024 I got 325cc moderate silicone under the muscle implants. I looked worse than before with my implants and one lift. Last two photos are from today I had an explant and revision lift yesterday 7-1-2026
I had 325cc round moderate implants under the muscle with a benelli lift on one side done in 2024. My results are horrible and have failed. My surgeon is offering to fix for free for me, I have a consultation with him on June 4th. His plan is to remove the implants repair the muscle and then place new 500cc implants over the muscle. Now I’m at a point where I honestly think I just want to explant with a lift and scar revision and to be done with this all together. I spent 17.5 originally to fix my boobs I have hated all my life, and now I just have bigger more fucked up boobs. I will ask this week at my evaluation if he is confident in his ability to perform an explant on my case and what realistic outcomes would look like. I also would like to see other surgeons for second opinion. I live in Maine, my surgery was done in Massachusetts. I am willing to travel for peace of mind with a great surgeon that people have had great results from. If my surgeon is confident he can explant and I will look somewhat normal I may move forward with him. Please give me advice going into my consult and others. My surgeon is board certified and followed by all other good surgeons In my state. I do think he is a good surgeon as all other results I’ve seen from him are great I was a different case to begin with.
