Pump or ADS after Extending?

So I have heard many times recently that ADS after extending is preventing faster gains? Or something like that according to „new studies“.

I’m currently using an extender 1h (6 on 1 off) 4-5 pounds. Afterwards I use an ADS for about 4 hours because I thought that’s „how you heal in an elongated state“, or so I thought, apparently many people disagree, and some say to pump afterwards instead.

After 3 weeks of consistent extending I have noticed that my EQ went down a little. Am I hindering my length gains with the ADS? Is pumping better? Because as for now I only wanna gain length and no girth. So what do you guys recommend?

Extremely tight Ligaments…

My ligaments are so tight, when I’m fully erect, my dick pretty much points towards the sky. So is there a way to fix that?

I currently use an extender, but I don’t think this is gonna correct it, I heard that some manual stretches might help? like Between the cheeks (BTC) for example.

Is there someone who got the same problem and fixed it? Because it’s really annoying. I can barely straighten out my dick forward. That means, blowjobs are mostly possible only in 69. also certain positions like reverse cowgirl and others are just too much struggle…

That’s why I really want to improve this situation with PE, does someone have good advice?

How much Time off should I take?

Im currently using a vacuum extender for 1hour a day at 4-4.5lbs and then right after an ADS for another 4h. How many break days should I take?

Ever since I started this routine I was doing 6 days on 1 day off, but I’m starting to doubt how efficient this really is. What do you guys recommend?

5 days on 2 days off

2 days on 1 day off

3 days on 1 day off

5 days on 1 day off

or whatever else is most effective… Maybe some veterans with a lot of PE time can also share their experience on this.

Need some Advice about extending…

So I recently started vacuum extending and im wondering, how long should I actually extend? 1 hour? 2 hours? And should there be a 1-5min break in between or is that not necessary?

Also for the guys who extend mainly, do you use anything before or after? Like an ADS or anything else to keep the shaft elongated? Tell me your routines… thanks…

I just can’t do it

Whatever I try I just can’t stay hard during measurements. As soon as it’s time to measure I get soft immediately, and after some time I can’t even get hard anymore, my brain just shuts off.

No matter what I try, I can literally turn on my most favorite porn that makes me super super hard every time, as soon as it’s time to measure it doesn’t work anymore, my mind doesn’t let me.

So I’m wondering, what supplements can I take for this? Viagra? What else is there? Please give me your advice because this is driving me crazy, it doesn’t matter what it is, I will take it, only has to work for an hour or so…

New product idea…

I have been thinking. Since no one ever did this before, why can’t someone create a new Type of Ruler for most accurate tracking? One with some kind of force gauge that can show how much pounds of pressure I am applying.

What if I have never actually been gaining, but instead just pressed the ruler a tiny bit harder into the bone. I mean how could I really know?

When I see many of those Progress pictures I often see signs that the ruler has been pressed in just a tiny bit more. I’m Not saying that the Person hasn’t gained, but rather that the Person isn’t aware of it.

Even If experts can have a “feel“ for it and know exactly how much to press, I think even the smallest changes in force could result in 0.1-0.2 inch difference. Especially after measuring only once per Month.

So I’m No expert and can’t even Tell if such a new Ruler with a digital scale, that accurately tracks the force applied would even work. But since there are many producers and sellers on this sub maybe they will know.

First time Pumping…

Im about to pump for the first time ever, probably today or tomorrow. I need some advice, for those who pump, do you just go in dry or use some kind of lubricant?

Also I really wanna avoid discoloration since that’s a big issue with pumping. Or is there just really no way around it?

Starting PE again after 4 years

It’s been a long break but I want to start PE again. For the past days I have been doing nothing but getting back to pace and gather information on how much changed in 4 years.

Now I have found out that tapping isn’t supposed to be done flaccid anymore but rather hard? Before I stopped PE I was mainly Vacuum hanging and always tapped up flaccid. Is this really the new „standard“ now ?
