Hey guys, I've been lurking here for quite a while. I run the company that makes the Autoblow machines for men, including a milking machine called VacuGlide. Just over six years ago, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. In that moment, it was as if my whole universe had collapsed. We immediately think of the disease, of survival, of treatments... But we do not necessarily think of everything that we risk losing behind. Her body. Her trust. Her privacy. Her sexuality. A part of the man we were before the illness.

My urologist presented me with several treatment options: radiation therapy, brachytherapy with grains implanted in the prostate, or removal of the prostate by robotic surgery. At the time, I had no erection problems. I had an active sex life and a high libido. I masturbated daily and had sex on a regular basis. I already had four children, so the prospect of not ejaculating was not really a concern for me.

What I wanted to preserve was pleasure. The pleasure of being a man. The pleasure of feeling. The pleasure of still being able to have sex.

Finally, in January 2020, I had a robot-assisted prostatectomy. The bladder leaks finally disappeared after a few weeks of care and rehabilitation. But the erections did not come back as I expected. My spontaneous erections were gone. My nocturnal erections were still there and sometimes woke me up. I tried to use them to get some fun back, but they disappeared after a few minutes.

I tried the tablets. Then the gels. Then the injections. The injections caused me pain and a loss of sensitivity in the glans. I had an erection, but I hardly had what I had been looking for from the start: pleasure. I gradually reduced the doses. Less product, less pain... but still no orgasm.

And gradually, a terrible thought began to settle in my head: “Maybe I'll never experience that again.”

The other day, a user here on the forum posted that Picture-in-Picture stopped working after a new player update. Our technical director replied that he had previously attempted to disable it for all users, but a few different browser versions refused to let us disable it. It was an unintended function that only worked for some users and it was browser/version dependent.

After thinking about it more, we decided to release it as a feature. We are happy to announce that now Picture-in-Picture works for everyone, and you can continue using your machine while watching a synced video in a different window.

So now you can browse cooking recipes or in the case of our engineer who created the below video, a Texas Instruments reference schematic for the BQ25790/BQ25792 family of USB-powered buck-boost battery-charger chips, while still enjoying synced content.

Three prototypes and about a year later I would like to announce we are moving forward with molding for a lubricant dispensing cap for VacuGlide.

I had some more time to experiment with these sleeves from Japan, and the first thing is that I don't have pricing yet from them. It is quite different from working in China. The speed is slower, but I'm hoping to get pricing in the next few days, which will let me know if this is even feasible.

First, the question is: how does it feel? The answer is: it feels fantastic and offers a new, distinctive sensation compared to our other sleeves. From that perspective, I like it, and I think you guys would like it.

The second question is: how easy is it to use? That is a more complicated answer because this material is stretchier than the latex or silicone sleeves we use. The issue is that, at the opening on the pressure phase, it can open almost as wide as the entire cup. That causes you to lose the seal and renders it not very useful.

But I connected a thin-fit seal, and then it worked perfectly. Also, I think it would work well with the extra tight seal, the black one, which is meant for penis pumping. That is one issue: it can't be used without using something else.

A second issue is related to assembling the receiver. Note that the thickness of the latex and silicone sleeves is relatively thin, but this is maybe twice as thick. The problem that results is that the receiver's cap, in some cases, cannot be snapped on. You have to jam it in, and jamming it in seals all the places air could come out. If you wanted to, you might put one round of electrical tape to seal the place where the cap would normally connect and snap in. That is a bit weird, but it still works.

The third issue is that when you stretch the material to put it around the cap or around the base, it stays stretchy after you use it. The middle part seems fine. I am not sure how durable the material is because I have not subjected it to the same factory-level industrial testing that our Chinese factory puts our products and devices through.

What I may do is make a limited run and tell people in the product description that this is an experimental material and that I don't guarantee it in the way that we might guarantee other things we sell. If people want to order it with a little bit of risk to try something new that might have some positive and negative aspects to using, then they would be free to do so. I would probably put a bit of a warning on it when we sell it that you would have to expect that it is an experimental material.

I think, from a sensation perspective, it's A+, but maybe from a business perspective, I would normally only feel comfortable selling something that is near-perfect. Even the things we sell that are accessories, that are or were 3D printed, meet my quality standard level. But this one has some more unknowns.

I think that I could solve some of the issues by ordering it in a more narrow diameter. In the video, it is 2 in. wide, but I plan to get quoted for 1.5 in. wide as well. Would help the air leak issue drastically but from a durability perspective, I'm not positive, so I would sell it as experimental.

Hi guys, I'm very excited to announce today some great improvements from our team based on your requests.

It's our goal to make sure that you guys are having the best possible experience. When you suggest things to us that are reasonable to implement and that will be enjoyed by a lot of people, the answer is usually yes. Someone here on Reddit recently asked whether the existing vacuum automation feature that is available in the manual control mode for VacuGlide 2 in fun.autoblow.com could be implemented within the video player.

That way, he could set a vacuum automation level during video sync and not have to worry about managing any potential air leaks. That was a great idea, and I'm not sure how we never thought of it. So its now implemented.

Additionally, people asked us, not so much here on Reddit but privately, for a better way to control the sync offset regarding latency in the video player. We made improvements in that regard as well. Now you can control the sync offset within the video player, so you don't have to exit to a different screen where you would be unable to easily know if your sync offset was a good setting or not.

These settings are available also while you use a VR headset.

By the way if you don't have an Meta Quest headset and you're not taking advantage of our free VR library, you're nuts! Facebook spent 100 billion dollars to invent those headsets, and they lose gobs of money on them by selling them for $300. It's the best deal in the history of the universe, and it's the best way to consume porn. You can also view our entire synced library on one of those headsets, even the non-VR content. It's like you have your own personal private porno movie theater with a 150-inch movie screen.
