Edging partner with similar music taste
Hey goon platoon! Do you ever wanna goon with someone whose music taste is similar to yours? I want to, so here are some of my favorites:
Radiohead- Their 90s run of The Bends / OK Computer / Kid A is legendary. I'm a bit of a downer and like to put on sad music while gooning sometimes, and Kid A is perfect for that
JPEGMAFIA- I've been getting more into his discography lately. Amazingly I like every album of his I've heard, but even more amazingly I like them all for different reasons. His early stuff especially hits for me, I've even been working on an album myself inspired by The Ghost~Pop Tape!
King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard- Admittedly they're kinda hit or miss for me but I can't help but admire their dedication and consistency. I prefer their softer music but I can respect a Nonagon Infinity for sure
Will Wood- I unfortunately seem to have a very opposite taste in Will Wood compared to his other fans. His last album, "In Case I Make It," is more folk inspired and relaxed than his previous works, and it is definitely my favorite release by him. I can still respect his more bombastic stuff though
Swans- I don't entirely click with them but I've had so much fun going through their discography. They release these 2 hour marathons of albums and they're always so interesting to listen through. My favorite songs by them though are usually their shorter ones, songs like Blind and A Little God in my Hands have stuck with me very strongly
