I don't have experience with a trigger actually being installed and idk what its look, or what to be aware of or look for. The easy answer would be obviously when it works, but is there anything you guys find that lead you to believe a trigger is working on you, or at least, the resistance of one is beginning to drop?

I'd like to commit to Shibby's files and really soak in the experience, but the Shibbydex is a bit overwhelming to me. I want to dive into her files but don't really have a starting point.

That being said, I know I need to have triggers installed, but I've never really had a file that's done that for me. I don't spend a lot of time listening to the same files, so I know that repetition will be needed. I have ADHD so sometimes it can be really hard to nail down the attention span and not let my mind wander during a file.

Does anyone have any recommendations on where to start? Are there certain triggers that are good for starters, or files with triggers to help beginners?

So, I'm not someone who ever posts, I'm more of a lurker 😅 I've been a listener of files for quite a while but I've never had the opportunity to do it with someone on the opposite end.

But today I came into contact with a hypno domme on reddit and tomorrow we are officially going to start a session!

I'm so thrilled and honestly excited but also SUPER anxious. Anytime I get excited/anxious about an upcoming thing I'm looking forward to I get so jittery and my body starts to shake.

Any tips about what I should do or how I should be? She seems very forthcoming and will be taking things slow, but I'm giddy as all hell it's kinda hard to not think about it right now.

Hi there, I'm new to the hypnosis experience and I'm curious to see what it's like interacting with others on it and maybe finding someone who will experiment with me.

I like the idea of being used or serving someone mindlessly, it'd always been a thing in the back of my head growing up, and now I think I'm ready to explore it.
