Weredog is out with a new toy today, Ranger's Muzzle
What do you think? I think he looks fantastic, although Weredog's muzzles have felt a little underwhelming compared to their other toys.
One thing for certain, this looks way more appealing than [David's Muzzle](https://bad-dragon.com/products/davidmuzzle)
Based on the preview, my guess is that it's Ranger's Muzzle. Any other guesses?

About a week ago, [Weredog went ahead and revamped their first dragon penetrable](https://weredog.co.uk/inventory/sapphire/). I'll say up front that they did a phenomenal job with the rework and the new model is a huge improvement over the legacy version. But how does it compare to Bad Dragon's best?
Size wise, Phoebe is slightly larger at around 3.9 lbs as opposed to Sapphire who is closer to 3.5 lbs. I think most of that weight difference comes from Phoebe's sculpted breasts, because they're pretty close in scale besides that.
I'm not sure why, but Weredog's silicone feels firmer than BD's despite them claiming to use the same shore hardness for these toys. Because of that, Sapphire feels more intense despite not being that much tighter than Phoebe. I prefer that in this case because Phoebe is very relaxed and gentle by comparison.
The attention to detail is also stunning. They did a really good job modeling the scales on the front and back of the toy, and I love the little tail sticking out the back. All of the signature split colorations look fantastic, and I wish BD would do that for more of their toys. They even give you a little comic book as a promo for the first few hundred orders.
The caveat is that if you're in the US like me, Sapphire is wayyy more expensive than Phoebe if you take shipping, exchange rates and tariffs (yes, that's still I thing) into account. It's easily twice the price if you go with one of the split pours. So if you're eyeing one of these, wait for a sale or a flop (or both).
So overall I'd put the new Sapphire neck and neck with Phoebe. I think I like Sapphire more due to the aesthetics and the internals. But those details come at a high cost, and I can see someone who's more sensitive down there preferring Phoebe for being more loose and forgiving. They're both great and I don't think you'd go wrong with either one.
I hope BD follows suit with Weredog and takes some time to redo their back catalog. I say this a lot, but many of their old models desperately need a rework.

Weredog is back with another redesign, this time they went ahead and revamped Sapphire.
The new one is a night and day improvement over the old one. They fixed the main issue of the V1 version which is that it was way too tight. Both holes on the newer one are much more forgiving and feel great. She's also just bigger overall and much more satisfying to hold. This is now WD's heaviest penetrable toy at around 3.5 lbs.
The attention to detail is spot on as always. I love the little tail sticking out. I also love the little comic book they bundle with it.
It might be a bit early to say, but I think the new Sapphire might be WD's best. If you're like me and loved the look of the original Sapphire but weren't a fan of the overwhelming tightness, definitely give the new one a chance.
