Llwychs are semiaquatic, highly social mesopredators that live along the coasts, riverbanks, and atolls in the New World in large communities. Since they don't have hands, contacted communities are pretty heavily reliant on species that do. There's a general fascination with "handed peoples" across llwych societies, which can sometimes lead to llwychs doing extremely interesting things to get their attention. And of course the resident "handymen" (whatever the species) for a given community are treated extremely well.
