Agreed to swap my very good condition Samsung S23 FE for an amount. I then drove to him in Joondalup, from Rockingham, as a gesture of goodwill. He only gave me half the amount.

I assume he hangs around Joondalup (Reagents Park).He is short, normal size for height, probably around 40-50 (Im bad at guessing age though), short brown hair, tanned? and has a kooky vibe. At the time he was pulling around a upright shopping cart with a large boombox type thing in it.
