Bein barely mobile

Ive been walking less than 500 steps a day just the past 4 days and it's crazy how its already affected me 😖

I mean like I'm almost 500lbs so it makes sense... But now after walking just like 3-4 minutes I feel like I need to sit down 😖

I hardly ever leave my bed now, yes its kinda gross but it feels best 🫣
